Zakynthos (Z) station re-installation 25-28/9/2023 by Potirakis

The Zakynthos (Z) station was extensively damaged on 2011 by a wildfire in the region. It was temporarily repaired and operated until 2014 when the temporarily installed instruments stopped working. Unfortunately, since 2015, i.e., for ~9 years, the station was inactive, due to lack of funding.

On 25-28/9/2023 the ELSEM-Net team visited the Zakynthos (Z) station for re-installation works. After the necessary cabin repairs, new HW was installed, including, battery, battery charger, new antennas, new receivers and a new datalogger.
